This Privacy Policy explains how Creative Content Crafts Inc., doing business as Publora (“Publora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit our website, create or use a Publora account, connect third-party services such as LinkedIn, and use Publora to publish content, manage social accounts, monitor engagement, and view analytics.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • account information such as your name, email address, login credentials, and billing information where applicable;
  • content, media, drafts, schedules, and other materials you create, upload, publish, or manage through Publora;
  • support requests, feedback, and correspondence;
  • technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, session data, logs, cookies, diagnostics, and security events; and
  • information from connected third-party services, including LinkedIn, after you authorize access.

If you connect LinkedIn to Publora, we collect only the LinkedIn data that is actually returned to our application and necessary for the features you enable. Depending on the permissions granted and the features used, this may include:

  • member IDs / URNs and limited authenticated profile information;
  • access tokens and related authorization metadata;
  • organization or Page IDs / URNs, Page profile information, and admin authorization data;
  • organization posts, comments, reactions, mentions, and related metadata; and
  • Page, profile, and post analytics made available by LinkedIn.

Where LinkedIn makes it available for an approved use case, we may also process limited information about other LinkedIn members interacting with managed content, such as IDs / URNs, names, profile images, comments, reactions, and mentions.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal data to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve Publora;
  • create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
  • connect and maintain authorized integrations, including LinkedIn;
  • publish, edit, schedule, or delete content on behalf of authorized users or organizations;
  • display engagement information, comments, reactions, mentions, and analytics inside Publora where permitted;
  • provide support and troubleshoot issues;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, and security incidents; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

4. LinkedIn-Specific Restrictions

If you connect LinkedIn to Publora, Publora uses LinkedIn-derived data only for approved social media management and analytics functionality within the application.

Publora does not use LinkedIn member data to:

  • build, enrich, verify, or append prospect, recruiting, lead, or audience databases;
  • create leads, power recruiting workflows, ad targeting, outreach, or account-based marketing;
  • combine LinkedIn member data with third-party data to create or enhance profiles or customer records;
  • export, sell, distribute, transfer, or otherwise make LinkedIn member data available outside Publora; or
  • power a public or external social feed of LinkedIn content.

LinkedIn member data is displayed only within Publora and only to users authorized to manage the relevant LinkedIn Page or profile.

5. Legal Bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal data based on:

  • performance of a contract;
  • your consent, including through OAuth or similar authorization flows;
  • our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving Publora; and
  • compliance with legal obligations.

6. How We Share Information

We may share personal data:

  • with service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the service;
  • with contractors, advisors, and auditors under confidentiality obligations;
  • when required by law or legal process;
  • to protect the rights, safety, systems, users, or integrity of Publora or others; and
  • in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

For LinkedIn-derived data, access is limited to authorized Publora personnel, subprocessors who need the data to operate the service, and authorized users associated with the relevant LinkedIn Page or profile.

We do not sell personal data. We do not sell LinkedIn-derived data.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the service functioning, maintain session state and preferences, analyze usage and performance, and support security and fraud prevention.

8. LinkedIn Integration Disclosures

If you connect LinkedIn to Publora:

  1. Publora accesses LinkedIn data only after you authorize our application through LinkedIn’s OAuth flow or another LinkedIn-authorized permission flow.
  2. Publora requests only the minimum scopes and categories of data needed for the features it provides.
  3. LinkedIn-derived data is used only to provide approved publishing, management, engagement, and analytics functionality within Publora.
  4. LinkedIn member data is not included in exports, reports, PDFs, emails, webhooks, downloads, or external transfers, except where required by law or expressly permitted by LinkedIn’s terms.
  5. If you disconnect LinkedIn, revoke access, or request deletion of applicable LinkedIn-derived personal data, Publora will stop collecting new LinkedIn data and will delete or age out stored LinkedIn-derived data in accordance with applicable law and LinkedIn program rules.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

For LinkedIn-derived data, Publora applies the shortest applicable retention limit required by LinkedIn’s current program rules.

If a category could fall under more than one rule, Publora applies the shortest applicable retention period.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also disconnect LinkedIn or other integrations through Publora where available and/or revoke Publora’s access through the relevant third-party provider.

11. International Transfers

Publora and its service providers may process personal data in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, logging, monitoring, and secure storage of credentials and tokens where appropriate.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children’s Privacy

Publora is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
